• Order all conveyancing needed for closing (ie: taxes, water/sewer, certifications U & O, etc)

• Request, review & circulate HOA documents

• Obtain authorization and order the mortgage payoff

• Deed Package request and notarization 

• Prepare reimbursement sheet for the Title Company
